FAQs about Click to Pay

Can I remove my card from Click to Pay?

Yes. From your mobile through Alpha Mobile:

  1. Choose Menu > Cards, find the card you want to remove from Click to Pay and tap on “Remove”.
  2. Choose “Remove card”.
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive on your mobile.
  4. Tap on “Close” to conclude the process.

Is Click to Pay only for online shopping?

Yes. You pay for your online shopping with your card, through Click to Pay, the same way you use your digital wallet.

My mobile number has changed. What should I do?

No action is required. Your details are automatically updated on Click to Pay.

The card I added to Click to Pay has been damaged. What should I do?

If you get a new card issued due to damage, Click to Pay will be automatically updated with the details of your new card.

Can I add my card to Click to Pay through myAlpha Web?

Not yet. You can currently add it only from your mobile through myAlpha Mobile.

Soon, you will also be able to add it from your computer through myAlpha Web.
