We are expanding our partnership with Visa and are gradually replacing all Mastercard cards with Visa cards.

Activate it
On the spot, through your mobile or computer, or at an Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ.
Add it to your wallet
Add your new card to your digital wallet, even if you haven’t received the actual card yet.

Activate your card
Log into e-Banking from your mobile or computer, find your new Visa card and choose “Activate”.
W hat you need to know
Your PIN
You keep the same PIN you had for your old Mastercard.
The annual fee
Your new Visa card has the same annual fee as your old Mastercard and the same terms. If the old Mastercard had no annual fee, neither does the new Visa.
The card features
Your new card offers the same options as your old one.
Your Bonus loyalty programme
Your new card will continue to be part of the Bonus loyalty programme. Any remaining Bonus points you had collected with your old Alpha Bank Enter Bonus Mastercard debit card are available in your My Bonus account, once you activate your new card.
Your standing orders
Give the new card number to the businesses where you’ve set up standing orders for payments, such as mobile phone bill, insurance policies, etc.
Your digital wallet
If you were using Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Garmin Pay, don't forget to add your new Visa card.

Your old card
Destroy your old Mastercard once you activate your new card.
If you don’t activate it, the old card will be cancelled automatically in 2 months from the date stated in the letter that came with the card.

I’ve linked my Bonus Mastercard to my Alpha term deposit with Bonus. Do I have to do anything?
No. Your new Bonus Visa card will be automatically linked to your Alpha term deposit with Bonus.
I have a Xiaomi Wallet. Can I use it with my new Visa debit card?
No. Xiaomi Pay does not support the use of Visa debit cards. You can only add your new card to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Garmin Pay.
