  • Hold an active Alpha Bank credit or debit card.
  • Have an email account.
  • Have registered your mobile number with Alpha Bank.
  • Have updated and certified your ID card at Alpha Bank.

  • An active Alpha Bank credit or debit card, provided your details are updated
  • Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
  • The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
    Attention: If you haven’t updated your mobile number and certified your ID card, you can do so only by appointment at a branch.

Download and open the myAlpha Mobile app to get credentials from your mobile or go to the myAlpha Web page to get credentials from your computer.

1. Fill in your card details

On myAlpha Mobile choose Sign up > Sign up to e-Banking. Fill in your date of birth. Fill in the number of an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan the card, and 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN.

On myAlpha Web choose Registration of new subscriber > Are you a retail user? > Get credentials. Fill in your date of birth, the number of an active Alpha Bank card and 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN.

2. Confirm your mobile number and email

On myAlpha Mobile, first confirm your mobile number with the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile. Then confirm your email with the code you receive.

On myAlpha Web, check whether your autofilled email and mobile number are correct. Then confirm them with the corresponding 6-digit codes you receive.

3. Create your username and password

Create a username and password to use when you log in to e-Banking for the 1st time, either through myAlpha Mobile or through myAlpha Web.

Your e-Banking credentials are all set.

I want to log into e-Banking from my computer. Which browser should I use?

Any browser:

  • Google Chrome – version 94 or later
  • Mozilla Firefox – version 93 or later
  • Safari – version 14 or later
  • Opera – version 80 or later
  • Microsoft Edge – version 94 or later

If you are using an older browser version, make sure you download the latest one.

What does it cost to sign up to e-Banking?

There is no cost if you sign up online by 31.12.2025.

However, signing up at any Alpha Bank branch incurs a fee of €8. This is a one-off fee.

I want to download and use the myAlpha Mobile app. What are the system requirements for my device?

You must have a smartphone with operating system:

  • iOS 12+
  • Android 8+

If you have an older operating system installed on your device, the myAlpha Mobile app will run, but you won’t be able to download the latest versions of the app. As a result, you won’t be able to use the latest updates and improved capabilities of myAlpha Mobile. 

The myAlpha Mobile app is not available for rooted devices.
