For cards you already hold
Keep track of your card balances, Bonus points, if you hold a Bonus card, and activity/transfer log. Moreover:
- Load your prepaid cards.
- Transfer Bonus points from 1 of your Bonus cards to another.



Send money anywhere
In just a few steps, you may transfer money:
- Between your own Alpha Bank accounts or to another holder’s Alpha Bank account.
- To another bank in Greece or abroad immediately or at a future date.
You may also pay:
- Card bills issued by Alpha Bank and other banks
- Loans instalments, you own or someone else’s, at Alpha Bank
- Bills issued by companies and organisations
- Donations to charities



Up to €500 to your mobile contacts
With IRIS payments you can send money to your friends as easily as sending a text message.
Send up to €500 a day, free of charge, to any of your mobile contacts, provided you have both activated the service. You may also use IRIS to pay professionals, businesses and e-shop., as long as they have also activated it.

Payments with QR scanning
You may pay professionals, businesses, e-shops and your bills by scanning the QR code.

Stolen or lost card
If your card has been lost or stolen, report it in a flash from your mobile, without having to call us. Your card is cancelled immediately. If you want, you can ask to have it reissued at the same time.
Transaction limits in debit cards
Change the transaction and withdrawal limit on your debit card, depending on your needs.
Activate push notifications
Activate push notifications, if they’re not already activated, to approve in a flash from your mobile transactions you carry out through myAlpha Web or payments you make using your Alpha Bank cards online.

How to log into the mobile app for the 1st time
Download the app
Download myAlpha Mobile on your mobile from:
- Google Play for Android devices
- App Store for iPhone
- App Gallery for Huawei
Install the app on your mobile and choose “Login with credentials”.
Enter your e-Banking credentials (username and password) to log in.
If you don’t bank with us, you can choose “Register” to open your first account online and get a debit card and e-Banking credentials on the spot.


Follow the steps
- Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received.
- Tap on “Next” to start your device identification.
- To register your device, enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received.
- Set a 4-digit PIN for quick app login.
- Re-enter your 4-digit PIN for confirmation.
- You can also activate Touch ID or Face ID if you want.
- Choose “Activate” to start receiving push notifications to approve transactions.

I want to download and use the myAlpha Mobile app. What are the system requirements for my device?
You must have a smartphone with operating system:
- iOS 13+
- Android 8+
If you have an older operating system installed on your device, the myAlpha Mobile app will run, but you won’t be able to download the latest versions of the app. As a result, you won’t be able to use the latest updates and improved capabilities of myAlpha Mobile.
The myAlpha Mobile app is not available for rooted devices.
I already have myAlpha Web credentials. Does this mean I can also use myAlpha Mobile?
Yes. Your existing e-Banking credentials are also valid for myAlpha Mobile.
- Download and install myAlpha Mobile on your mobile phone:
- Enter your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password) to log in.
- Create a 4-digit PIN for quick access to the app and faster transactions. At this step, you can opt to use biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) as you would use your PIN.
This process automatically activates Push Notifications, and directly links your device to your e-Banking account.
What are Push Notifications?
Push notifications are one of the methods we use to protect your transactions in the context of strong customer authentication.
They are sent to your mobile and help you complete your transactions faster and easier, using biometrics or your 4-digit myAlpha Mobile PIN.
myAlpha Mobile also allows you to receive informative Push Notifications.
