Your most recent payslip (if you are on a payroll). We will assess your application and let you know within 2-3 working days. The new limit will apply instantly.

What is the interest rate and what are the fees

From 17.50% interest rate

The Premium Luxury Card Kalogirou Bonus Mastercard interest rate is:

17.50% when you shop
19.00% when you withdraw cash
+2.50% to the interest rates above for default interest rate

The 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy is added to the interest rates.

To keep track of your credit card activity:

Find your card on digital banking (web banking or the mobile app).
Check the monthly e-statements on your digital banking.
Ask for a card activity statement at Alpha Bank ATMs and APS.

Secure transactions

Receive alerts with Viber / text message or email in real time for every card transaction.
Confirm your online transactions with push notifications or the 6-digit code you receive with Viber / text message on your mobile, through Secure Web.
Change your card withdrawal limit online through your digital banking.
Lock your card temporarily if you’re not sure whether you’ve lost it.

Tip: Make sure you’ve given Alpha Bank a phone number where you can be reached. For your own security, we may contact you to confirm your transactions.

How to repay the card

Every month

The minimum amount you pay every month is 2% of your card balance.

However, you can pay whatever amount you want, as many times as you want.

Tip: If you set up a standing order on one of your accounts to pay off the entire monthly balance, you don’t pay any interest.

3. Get the card

You receive an email with your application number to track its progress.

No. To add your cards to your digital wallets you must:

Have e-Banking credentials.
Have downloaded and logged into the myAlpha Mobile app.
