You are automatically signed up for e-statements when you get your e-Banking credentials.
Find and download them both from myAlpha Web and myAlpha Mobile.
Activate and deactivate them only from your computer through myAlpha Web.

On your e-Banking, click on the 3 dots on the right of the account, card or loan and then choose “Statements”.
We notify you by email as soon as we issue your monthly e-statement.
You have free access to e-statements of the last 12 months.

You have access to e-statements for your accounts, credit cards and loans around the clock.
Your data are protected, since the e-statements are located in the secure environment of your e-Banking.
Save them in pdf format on your computer or mobile, or print them out.
They are completely free of charge.

Did you deactivate your e-statements?

If you deactivated your e-statements, you can activate them again through myAlpha Web.

Log into e-Banking

1. Log into myAlpha Web

Log into myAlpha Web with your e-Banking credentials.

2. Choose e-statements

On the home screen (Overview) choose “Settings” from the menu on the left.

Choose the “Communication” tab.

Choose the “Alpha e-statements” tab.

3. Activate the e-statements

For every product you want to receive e-statements:

Activate the button on the right.
Make sure your email is correct.
Accept the terms of use.
Choose “Confirm”.

I have activated e-statements. Why have I not received any email notifications?

If you have not been receiving email notifications for your e-statements, make sure that:

They are activated for the specific product (Settings > Communication > Alpha e-statements).

We have the correct email address (Settings > Personal info).

If you continue missing email notifications, call us on +302103260000.

Will I still receive statements in hard copy?

You can choose to receive your statements online or in hard copy.

When you sign up for e-Banking, the e-statements service is automatically activated. If you wish to receive your statements in hard copy as opposed to online, you can:

Change your settings online (Settings > Communication > Alpha e-statements).

I want to log into e-Banking from my computer. Which browser should I use?

Any browser:

Google Chrome – version 94 or later
Mozilla Firefox – version 93 or later
Safari – version 14 or later
Opera – version 80 or later
