I have forgotten/blocked my Password. What should I do?

You can recover your Password online, as long as you have registered your email address and mobile phone number with Alpha Bank. To recover your Password online, you will need your Username, i.e., either your 15-digit Username we originally provide you with or the alias you created yourself.

If you cannot remember your Username, you can easily recover it online or by calling us on +302103260000.

I have forgotten my Username. What should I do?

You can recover your Username online, as long as you have an Alpha Bank credit, debit or prepaid card and you have registered your mobile phone number and your email address with Alpha Bank.

Alternatively, you can call us on +30210326000 and we will provide it for you.

How can I sign up to e-Banking?

Online, through myAlpha Mobile, as long as you have a smartphone and an Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

Download and install the free app on your smartphone and get your e-Banking credentials in 4 steps:

  1. Enter the number of your Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan your card. Tap on “Next” and enter 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code you receive on the phone number you have registered with Alpha Bank. If you do not receive a code, you can request to have it resent through SMS or Viber.
  3. Enter your email address or confirm the email address you have registered with Alpha Bank. You will receive a confirmation code in your email.
  4. Create a Username and Password for your first sign-in on the myAlpha Mobile app. Your e-Banking credentials are all set.

Alternatively, you can visit any Alpha Bank branch and provide some proof of ID.

When you apply to sign up to e-Banking, we give you a 15-digit Username and a temporary Password, which you will have to change after your first login on myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.

When you sign up at a branch, there is a one-off fee of €8.

 

Can I open my first Alpha Bank account online?

Yes. You only need a few minutes and 2 supporting documents to open your first account through your mobile phone, daily from 07:30 to 23:30. You do not need to visit a branch.

  1.  Download and install the myAlpha Mobile app.
  2. Take photos of your face and your ID card or passport. Start a video call with an Alpha Bank employee.
  3. Take a photo of your income tax clearance certificate or upload it.
  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions for banking with us.

When you open a new account, you automatically get:

  • A debit card for purchases and cash withdrawals.
  • e-Banking credentials to manage your account online.
