Which transactions you can dispute

Send us an email to inform us, when:

  • There are transactions on your card statement which you don’t recognise.
  • You dispute any card transaction for any reason. For example, because you never received the product or service.

In 5 steps

You can dispute card transactions in 5 simple steps:
Download the Card transaction dispute application form.
Fill in your card number, personal details and disputed transaction details.
Choose the reason for disputing the transaction. If your card has been lost or stolen, or you do not recognise the transaction, you must first cancel your card.
Fill in the date and sign the application form.
Send the scanned application form, along with the necessary supporting documents listed in the form for your case, to
