• Hold a deposit account with an underage joint account holder aged 15-18 – We send a unique discount code for each underage joint account holder aged 15-18, irrespective of the number of adults to whom the underage account holder is associated and the number of deposit accounts they hold.
  

About receiving the discount code 

The discount code is sent exclusively by email:

• To clients who belong in at least 1 of the categories above. 
  
• On the email address they have registered with Alpha Bank.
  

The clients receive the discount code within 4 months from the time they meet at least 1 of the following criteria:

• Get myAlpha Vibe. 
  
• Add an underage joint account holder aged 15-18 to an existing or new deposit account they hold.
  

The code is not available through the Alpha Bank branch network. 

About redeeming the discount code

The code:

• Is valid for 12 months from the date it is sent to the client by email.
• May be redeemed at 1 or more partners and only once per partner.

• May be redeemed against any product/service for which Alpha Bank has obtained a discount, and at any time within the 12 months it is valid.
  

When the benefit is used, Alpha Bank is notified accordingly by the corresponding partner.
