Activating an inactive account
Activate your inactive account in 2 steps, so you can use it to carry out transactions through it once again.
Closing an account
You may close one of your accounts, as long as you have unlinked any products or services from it and have notified any joint account holders.



For new cards
Activate your new card in just 3 steps and activate it straight away.
For cards you already hold
Keep track of your card balances, Bonus points and activity/transfer log. Moreover:
- Load your prepaid cards.
- Transfer Bonus points from 1 of your Bonus cards to another card with a different holder.
- Set up or change your credit card payment method.



Pay dues and instalments
- Card bills issued by Alpha Bank and other banks
- Loan instalments at Alpha Bank
- Bills issued by companies and organisations
- Donations to charities



Send money anywhere
In just a few steps, you may transfer money:
- Between your own Alpha Bank accounts or to another holder’s Alpha Bank account.
- To another bank in Greece or abroad, immediately or at a future date.



Stolen or lost card
If your card has been lost or stolen , report it in a flash from your mobile, without having to call us. Your card is cancelled immediately. If you want, you can ask to have it reissued at the same time.
Transaction limits in debit cards
Change the transaction and withdrawal limit on your debit card, depending on your needs.
For example, if you want to buy something expensive, you may increase the limit up to €3,000 and decrease it again after that.
