Mandatory transfer of data to the IAPR myDATA digital platform

In accordance with the tax legislation in force, and specifically Joint Decision No. A.1138/2020 issued by the Deputy Minister of Finance and the Governor of the IAPR, Alpha Bank is obliged to transfer to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) detailed supporting documents of its revenues, as well as the interest on deposits (its expenses) it pays out to business customers (legal entities, sole proprietorships and other freelance professionals).

In this context, Alpha Bank sends you invoices (tax-related supporting documents of transactions), as issued and transferred to the IAPR and which pertain to your professional activities, so you may meet your tax liabilities.

As of 01.07.2024 the invoices issued by Alpha Bank regarding your professional activity are provided by our partner IMPACT.

You may access the invoices through:

  • myAlpha Web for business
  • The email you receive from IMPACT

If you don’t have myAlpha Web for business credentials, you need to have registered your email with Alpha Bank.

FAQs

What is the myDATA platform?

myDATA (my Digital Accounting & Tax Application) is the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) electronic accounting book platform, where all revenue/expense transactions of businesses are monitored, and their accounting and tax results are recorded, as arising from the data in the electronic accounting books.

Who does it concern?

Legal entities, freelance professionals and sole proprietorships, in relation to their transactions with Alpha Bank.

What liabilities arise from the IAPR electronic accounting book application?

In accordance with the tax legislation in force, and specifically Joint Decision No. A.1138/2020 issued by the Deputy Minister of Finance and the Governor of the IAPR, Alpha Bank is obliged to transfer to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) detailed supporting documents of its revenues, as well as the interest on deposits (its expenses) it pays out to business customers (legal entities, sole proprietorships and other freelance professionals).

In this context, as of 01.07.2023, Alpha Bank sends you tax-related supporting documents of transactions, as issued and transferred to the IAPR and which pertain to your professional activities, so you may meet your tax liabilities.

Alpha Bank issues invoices daily and, under normal circumstances, these will be available to you on the same day they are transferred to the IAPR.
