Financing up to €7.5 million with 80% guaranteed by the EIF

We offer you financing for:

• Working capital through the SME Competitiveness programme.
• Working capital and investments for green upgrades through the Sustainability programme.
• Working capital and investments for digital upgrades and innovation through the Innovation and Digitilisation programme.
  

With or without collateral

No collateral is required for working capital financing through the SME Competitiveness programme. It is possible that we may request personal guarantees, though.

We may request collateral for financing through the Sustainability, and Innovation and Digitilisation programmes, according to our lending policy.

Favourable pricing without guarantee commission

You choose whether you want fixed or floating rate based on the 3-month Euribor + spread.

For the final interest rate, we take into account:

• Your credit history.
• Our credit policy.
• The InvestEU Fund guarantee.
  

The Law 128/1975 levy (currently 0.60%) is added to the final interest rate.

You pay no commission for the EIF guarantee, while the loan is considered “state-aid fee”, i.e. it is not included in cumulation of aids.

Repayment in up to 12 years

The term depends on the type of financing:

• 12-72 months for fixed-term working capital loans.
• 36-72 months for revolving working capital facilities.
• 12-132 months for investment loans.
  

Flexible repayment schedule

You can adapt your loan payments according to your business needs and cash flow:

• Equal instalments that pay interest and capital.
• Equal or unequal instalments that pay capital.
• Payment every 1, 3 or 6 months.
  

Especially for working capital needs, you can choose revolving working capital.

Company legal form

To get a loan through the SME Competitiveness programme, you must be:

• A small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), according to Annex I of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, i.e. employ fewer than 250 persons, and have an annual turnover not exceeding €50 million or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million.
• An enterprise of any legal status (sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, private company, SA).
  

To get a loan through the Sustainability and Innovation and Digitilisation programmes, you must be:

• A small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), according to Annex I of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, i.e. employ fewer than 250 persons, and have an annual turnover not exceeding €50 million or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million.
• A small mid-cap, i.e. employ fewer than 500 persons, and not be an SME.
• An enterprise of any legal status (sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, private company, SA).
  

Other eligibility criteria

In addition you must:

• Be among the eligible businesses.
• Meet the Alpha Bank credit criteria.
