1. Fill in the application form

On myAlpha Mobile choose: New products > Prepaid card > Get prepaid card. Choose the prepaid card you want and tap on: Get it > Continue

On myAlpha Web choose: New products > Prepaid cards. Choose the prepaid card you want and click on “Continue”.

2. Confirm your details

Confirm that the following details are correct:

The address where you want to receive your prepaid card.
The mobile number where you’ll receive your card PIN.

If these details are not correct, you can update them on the spot.

Accept the terms and the cooperation framework. Approve the transaction:

On myAlpha Mobile, using your biometrics or your 4-digit PIN.
On myAlpha Web, with push notification or a 6-digit code.

3. Get the card

The new card will appear on your e-Banking within 3 working days. Once it’s ready, you get a message on your e-Banking.

You can activate the virtual use of your new card. Through myAlpha Mobile, you can easily add the card to your digital wallet to carry out transactions with your mobile. Otherwise, get the card details to shop online.

You receive the actual card by post in 8-10 working days.
