About signing up to e-Banking?

How can I sign up to e-Banking?

Online, through myAlpha Mobile, as long as you have a smartphone and an Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

Download and install the free app on your smartphone and get your e-Banking credentials in 4 steps:

  1. Enter the number of your Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan your card. Tap on “Next” and enter 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code you receive on the phone number you have registered with Alpha Bank. If you do not receive a code, you can request to have it resent through SMS or Viber.
  3. Enter your email address or confirm the email address you have registered with Alpha Bank. You will receive a confirmation code in your email.
  4. Create a Username and Password for your first sign-in on the myAlpha Mobile app. Your e-Banking credentials are all set.

Alternatively, you can visit any Alpha Bank branch and provide some proof of ID.

When you apply to sign up to e-Banking, we give you a 15-digit Username and a temporary Password, which you will have to change after your first login on myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.

When you sign up at a branch, there is a one-off fee of €8.

How can I get through to myAlpha Phone?

You need:

  1. Your 7-digit Username. You can find it on myAlpha Web (Settings > Personal details) or on myAlpha Mobile (Menu > Profile).
  2. Your Password. If you use both myAlpha Mobile and myAlpha Web, you have one Username across your Alpha Bank e-Banking services.

What does it cost to sign up to e-Banking?

There is no cost if you sign up online.

However, signing up at any Alpha Bank branch incurs a fee of €8. This is a one-off fee.
