If you choose a video call
When you book your appointment online, choose how you want to communicate with our representative:
- In Greek Sign Language, with the help of our interpreter
- Through live chat
The video call will only allow us to provide you with information. We will not be able to carry out any transactions, process applications for new products or services, or handle any other requests on your behalf. However, we can guide you through the steps and help you carry out such actions online, if possible.
If you choose to visit a branch
At the branch, you can communicate with our representative:
- In writing.
- Through a sign language interpreter on the Iris Relay Service app, a free service provided by the Greek National Foundation for the Deaf. To save time, download the app and sign up before your appointment.
- Assisted by a certified interpreter of your choice. They must present both proof of ID and an interpreter certification card.
