The process is fast and simple. Use the myAlpha Rendez-vous form to fill in your personal details (first name, last name, tax number) and your mobile phone number, choose the topic you are interested in, how you want to be served (branch appointment, video call or phone appointment) and then choose the branch you want.

How can I be sure that I have submitted my request successfully?

After the successful submission of your request, a relevant message will appear with your request number.

How soon will I get a response to my request?

An officer from the branch of your choice will contact you within the day, if you have submitted your request by 12:00, otherwise within the next 24 hours, during working days and hours.

Can I be served for all banking products?

You can be served for all products offered at Alpha Bank branches.
