What documents do I need to open an account?
Supporting documents for:
- Proof of identity – ID card, passport, police or military ID card, asylum seeker card or beneficiary of international protection card issued by the Ministry of Migration and Asylum.
- Proof of income and tax details – Recent income tax clearance certificate, solemn declaration according to Law 1599/1986 that you are exempt from filing an income tax return or tax number issuance certificate.
- Proof of address and phone number – Recent phone, power, water bill, etc. or recent income tax clearance certificate.
- Proof of occupation – Recent certificate from your employer, copy of your last payslip, recent Ε3 form (if you are a freelance professional), valid professional ID card, or social security certificate.

- Click on “History” on the left menu.
- Click on the down arrow in “Select account” and choose the account you are interested in to view its latest activity.
- Set the time period you want through the “From” and “To” fields.
Otherwise, click on “History” under any account in the “Overview” screen to view its activity instantly.
On myAlpha Mobile.
- Tap on “Accounts” in the “Overview” screen.
- Choose 1 account to view its latest activity.
- Tap on the 3 vertical lines to set filters (time period, debit, credit).
