Free e-statements to track your activity
Every month, you can view an e-statement, i.e. an electronic copy of your account activity, on your e-Banking. You are notified by email when a new e-statement is issued, free of charge. Through your e-Banking you can access the e-statements for the last 18 months.

- Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
- Are a pensioner as arising from your declared profession.
- Do not hold another Alpha Payroll account as a sole holder.

- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
Open an account through e-Banking
1. Choose Alpha Payroll/pension
2. Confirm your details
Verify that your details are correct and choose “Continue”.
If any changes are required, update your details before you continue.
3. Accept the pre-contractual documents
Go through the pre-contractual documents we sent to your email.
On your mobile or computer screen, check the boxes next to the document titles, to confirm you have received, read and accept them.
Choose “Confirm”.
4. Confirm the application
On myAlpha Web, fill in the 6-digit code you received on your mobile and click on “Continue”.
On myAlpha Mobile, confirm using your biometrics or your 4-digit PIN.
Choose “Continue”.
5. Link your card
The Alpha Payroll account for your pension has opened and the IBAN appears.
You can now:
- “Link to a new card”, if you want to apply for a new debit card.
- “Link to an existing card”, if you want to link it to a card you already hold.
Your new account will appear on your e-Banking automatically and you can start using it.

I do not bank with Alpha Bank. Can I open a payroll or pension account?
Download and install the myAlpha Mobile app on your mobile, to start your banking relationship with Alpha Bank. Once you complete the process, you can easily open a payroll account for your salary or pension from your computer or mobile.
Can I add joint account holders to my account?
Yes. To add joint account holders, book an appointment at one of our branches.
Before your appointment you can update your personal details online through your mobile or computer.
I already hold an Alpha Bank card. Can I link it to the account?
Yes. You can link your card to your account:
- Find your card in the “Overview” home page.
- Choose “Card details”.
- Choose “Add new account”.
