Apply through myAlpha Web
To get a term deposit online, you must have e-Banking credentials and log into myAlpha Web from your computer.
1. Choose term deposit
On the menu, choose: New products > Investments, and choose the term deposit you want.
2. Choose the features, account and Bonus card
Specify the details for your term deposit: Term, initial capital, desired start date.
Choose the account to be linked to your term deposit.
For the Alpha online term deposit with Bonus, choose the bonus card on which the term deposit Bonus points will be collected and click on “Continue”.
3. Accept the terms
Read and accept the product terms and the Personal Data Notice.
Choose “Continue”.
4. Save or print your application
Your application is complete. In the confirmation message, click on “Details” to print out or save your application details.
To track the progress of your application, go to the home page and choose History > Product applications.
