You then receive a confirmation email that includes:

The link to join the appointment on the scheduled day and time.
Instructions on how to join from your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

On the day of the appointment, you’ll need to join from a device with camera, microphone and internet access.

Can I schedule my e-Banking Walkthrough appointment for whenever I want?

No. You can only schedule your appointment for weekdays, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Can I attend all the training topics?

Yes, but not during the same appointment. You need to book a different appointment for each one of the 5 topics.

I have never had a video call before. Will I manage to keep up with the e-Banking Walkthrough?

In the confirmation email you receive when you book your appointment, you’ll find detailed instructions on how to join the video call from your smartphone or computer.

If, however, you still encounter difficulties, we’ll help you over the phone to join your appointment.
