Choose New Products > Debit cards.
On myAlpha Mobile, swipe to the left until you find the debit card you want.
On myAlpha Web, choose Mastercard or Visa and open the menu to find the card you want.
Choose the primary account you want to link to your debit card.
If you want, you can choose up to 4 additional accounts to link to your card.
Set the withdrawal limit for your card. The maximum daily limit is €3,000 and you can change it at any time through your card settings.

If these details are not correct, you can update them on the spot.
Accept the terms and the cooperation framework.
The application is complete and you can view your card details. You may choose to receive this information on your email as well.
Stay up to date on the status of your application through myAlpha Web (History > Product applications).
The new card will appear on your e-Banking within 3 working days. Once it’s ready, you get a message on your e-Banking.
You can activate the virtual use of your new card. Through myAlpha Mobile, you can easily add the card to your digital wallet to carry out transactions with your mobile. Otherwise, get the card details to shop online.
You receive the actual card by post in 8-10 working days.
