FAQs about the Bonus Loyalty Programme

Bonus is the most inclusive loyalty programme, rewarding you on a regular basis for using Bonus cards when you shop:

• Collect points whenever you shop using Bonus cards.
• Redeem your points at 4,000 merchants participating in the programme and meet all your need in everyday products, housewares, clothing, plane tickets, fuel, insurance, online takeaway, home appliances and electronics, and mobile services.
• Get amazing offers with our premium plus merchants (AB Vassilopoulos, Aegean, ΒΡ, Vodafone, Hertz, attica, Natural Gas, Generali, Hondos Center, BOX, Kotsovolos) and thousands more businesses.
• Find new offers that cater to your every need and desire.
• Gather all the points from all your cards in 1 My Bonus account  to better manage your rewards.
  

Online, in the Bonus section of the Alpha Bank website or using your Bonus app.

Some offers are also advertised:

• On your monthly credit card statement.

Offers usually last for a while. However, in case of limited-time offers or offers on specific items while stocks last, such conditions are mentioned in the relevant ads. 

With every Bonus card transaction 

For each €1 spent, you earn: 

• 4 points at premium plus merchants (AB Vassilopoulos, Aegean, ΒΡ, Vodafone, attica, Natural Gas, Generali, Hondos Center, Hertz, BOX, Kotsovolos).
• 2 points at 4,000 participating merchants.
• 1 point at any other retailer in Greece or abroad using your Bonus credit card. 

For each €2 spent, you earn 1 point at any other retailer in Greece or abroad using your Bonus debit card. 

With every Alpha term deposit with Bonus

Depending on the deposited amount, you earn Bonus points:

• Every month, if you have opened an Alpha online term deposit with Bonus using myAlpha Web.
• Every 3, 6 or 12 months if you have opened an Alpha term deposit with Bonus at an Alpha Bank branch.
  

1. Find the offer that best suits your needs at one of the participating merchants. You will find the offer search tool on the Bonus points redemption page. Move the slider to see your points and view all the offers you may find interesting. Alternatively, you can use the filters to narrow your search.
2. Redeem your points when you shop in-store or online. Many businesses allow you to redeem your points when you shop over the phone (e.g., Aegean, Zoulovits).

For you to redeem your points, the participating merchant must use a Bonus POS to complete the transaction. You may want to remind the sales assistant to use the POS during the transaction.

An account where all your Bonus points earned across all primary and additional cards are collected, including points earned through your term deposits. 

You can now redeem your total points using any card, without transferring points from one card to another.
