Every month, you can view an e-statement, i.e. an electronic copy of your account activity, on your e-Banking, in Greek or English. You are notified by email when a new e-statement is issued, free of charge. Through your e-Banking you can access the e-statements for the last 18 months.

With Alpha alerts you are notified in real time by email or Viber / text message of any activity on your account and of any online transactions through your e-Banking. This way, you rest assured your transactions are secure.
Protection with strong customer authentication
Confirm the transactions you carry out online with strong customer authentication and receive:
- A 6-digit confirmation code through Viber/ text message on your mobile.
- Push notifications on myAlpha Mobile, provided you have activated them.

What documents do I need to open an account?
Supporting documents for:
- Proof of identity – ID card, passport, police or military ID card, asylum seeker card or beneficiary of international protection card issued by the Ministry of Migration and Asylum.
- Proof of income and tax details – Recent income tax clearance certificate, solemn declaration according to Law 1599/1986 that you are exempt from filing an income tax return or tax number issuance certificate.
- Proof of address and phone number – Recent phone, power, water bill, etc. or recent income tax clearance certificate.
- Proof of occupation – Recent certificate from your employer, copy of your last payslip, recent Ε3 form (if you are a freelance professional), valid professional ID card, or social security certificate.

How can I view my account activity on my e-Banking?
On myAlpha Web:
- Click on “History” on the left menu.
- Click on the down arrow in “Select account” and choose the account you are interested in to view its latest activity.
- Set the time period you want through the “From” and “To” fields.
Otherwise, click on “History” under any account in the “Overview” screen to view its activity instantly.
On myAlpha Mobile.
- Tap on “Accounts” in the “Overview” screen.
- Choose 1 account to view its latest activity.
- Tap on the 3 vertical lines to set filters (time period, debit, credit).
