The digital assistant icon is appears at the bottom right of your screen with the prompt “Hello! How can I help you?” in:
- The Retail section of alpha.gr.
- The secure environment of myAlpha Web, after you log in using your e-Banking credentials.
Once you click/tap on the icon, a chat window appears. After you accept the terms of use, you can start chatting with our digital assistant.
