With every Bonus card transaction 

For each €1 spent, you earn: 

• 4 points at premium plus merchants (AB Vassilopoulos, Aegean, ΒΡ, Vodafone, attica, Natural Gas, Generali, Hondos Center, Hertz, BOX, Kotsovolos).
• 2 points at 4,000 participating merchants.
• 1 point at any other retailer in Greece or abroad using your Bonus credit card. 

For each €2 spent, you earn 1 point at any other retailer in Greece or abroad using your Bonus debit card. 

With every Alpha term deposit with Bonus

Depending on the deposited amount, you earn Bonus points:

• Every month, if you have opened an Alpha online term deposit with Bonus using myAlpha Web.
• Every 3, 6 or 12 months if you have opened an Alpha term deposit with Bonus at an Alpha Bank branch.
  

Online on the relevant Bonus point page at any time, or through the Bonus app. 

You can also check your Bonus points:

• On your monthly credit card statement.
• On every receipt, as long as the participating merchant sales assistant uses a Bonus POS to complete your transaction. You may want to remind them to use the Bonus POS, so that you know how many points you have earned for your transaction, and your point total, at any given time.
  

No. The points are calculated collectively for all your primary and additional cards. 

Yes, as long as you transfer the points to a Bonus card. 

From your computer, using myAlpha Web

1. Find the “Loyalty” section on the home screen (Overview) and choose “Bonus points transfer”.
2. Enter the card to which you want your points transferred. You can choose a card you have already saved in your contacts or type the number of another Bonus card in the relevant field.
3. Enter the number of Bonus points you want to transfer and choose “Next”.
4. Confirm the transaction details and choose “Next”

From your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile

1. On the Menu, tap on My Bonus Account > Bonus points transfer.
2. Enter the card to which you want your points transferred. You can choose a card you have already saved in your contacts or type the number of another Bonus card in the relevant field.
3. Enter the number of Bonus points you want to transfer and choose “Next”.
4. Confirm the transaction details and choose “Confirm”.

From the Bonus app

1. Choose your account icon on the home screen.
2. Choose “Bonus points transfer” on the appearing menu.
3. Enter the number of Bonus points you want to transfer.
4. Enter the number of the card to which you want the points transferred, then tap on “Transfer”.

1. Find the offer that best suits your needs at one of the participating merchants. You will find the offer search tool on the Bonus points redemption page. Move the slider to see your points and view all the offers you may find interesting. Alternatively, you can use the filters to narrow your search.
2. Redeem your points when you shop in-store or online. Many businesses allow you to redeem your points when you shop over the phone (e.g., Aegean, Zoulovits).

For you to redeem your points, the participating merchant must use a Bonus POS to complete the transaction. You may want to remind the sales assistant to use the POS during the transaction.

Yes, as long as the primary cardholder has allowed you to do so. You can also view the points earned collectively without any permission.

However, the primary cardholder may decide you are no longer allowed to redeem points. If you are the primary cardholder, you may activate or cancel point redemption privileges by calling us on +302103260000. 

Yes, you are rewarded for transactions you make with all Alpha Bank Visa and Mastercard cards using Apple Pay, according to the loyalty programme your card participates in: Bonus, Affinity or Energy.

Yes, you are rewarded for transactions you make with all Alpha Bank Visa and Mastercard cards using Google Pay, according to the loyalty programme your card participates in: Bonus, Affinity or Energy.

Yes, when you make transactions with Bonus Cards through Apple Pay, you redeem Bonus Points, just like when you use your card.

Yes, when you make transactions with Bonus Cards through Google Pay, you redeem Bonus Points, just like when you use your card.

• Within 1 year, if you earned them when your card was issued.
• Within 2 years, if you earned them through shopping or other banking products.

We will notify you of any expiring points 1 month in advance: 

• On your monthly credit card statement. 
• By Push Notification on your Bonus app. You can use the app to view your expiring points at any time.
