FAQs about My Bonus Account

An account where all your Bonus points earned across all primary and additional cards are collected, including points earned through your term deposits or any other Bank products. 

You can now redeem your total points using any debit or credit Bonus card, without transferring points from one card to another.

No. Only the points earned by using your Aegean Bonus Visa may be converted to bonus miles:

• Every month without any action on your part, if you submit a standing conversion order to customerservice@alpha.gr.
• Online, using your Miles+Bonus account and the Online Points Conversion service.
• By calling Aegean Airlines customer service on 801 11 20000 (from a landline in Greece).

You may not convert to bonus miles, any points you have:

• Earned by using other Alpha Bank cards.
• Transferred to your My Bonus account from another My Bonus account.
• Earned through any term deposits or any other Bank products.

• By sending an email to CustomerService@alpha.gr to set up a monthly conversion order.
• Online at any time on the AEGEAN website through your Miles+Bonus account with Online Points Conversion.
• By calling the AEGEAN customer service centre on 801 11 20000.

From 02.11.2026 to 31.12.2026, regardless of how many Bonus points you have turned into award miles by then, you can turn into award miles up to:

• 100,000 Bonus points with the Aegean Bonus Visa credit card
  
• 200,000 Bonus points with the Aegean Bonus Visa Premium credit card
  

From 01.01.2027, the same limits apply on an annual basis.

The Bonus points you turn into award miles are counted across all your main and add-on cards. 

For Aegean Bonus Visa credit cards (main and add-on) issued before 31.05.2021, the annual limit for turning into award miles is 100,000 Bonus points.

From 02.11.2026 to 31.12.2026, you can turn into award miles the difference between 50,000 Bonus points and the number of Bonus points you’ve used by then.

From 01.01.2027, you can turn up to 50,000 Bonus points into award miles each year.

Yes, you can redeem all the points collected in your My Bonus account and earned across all your Bonus cards as a discount on your Vodafone landline or mobile phone account:

• Every month without any action on your part, if you submit a standing redemption order to Vodafone.
• At the Vodafone closest to you, on www.vodafone.gr and through the My Vodafone app.
• Prepaid subscribers when top up their airtime at the automatic customer service points-KIOSKS in the Vodafone branch network.
• Hybrid subscribers when top up their airtime electronically through the My Vodafone APP or WEB or via POS at the Vodafone closest to you.
