I think someone has tried to steal my credentials or has actually stolen them. What should I do?

Block your e-Banking right away:

From your computer through myAlpha Web

  1. Log into myAlpha Web with your credentials.
  2. On the left menu, click on Settings > Security settings.
  3. Scroll down to the end of the page and click on “Block e-Banking”.
  4. Read what will happen once you block it and click on Block e-Banking > Close, to finish blocking your e-Banking.

Your e-Banking will remain blocked and secure. We will call you in a few days to help you regain access.
