If you get a new card issued due to loss or damage, Visa+ will be automatically updated with the details of your new card.
Can I change my preferred card through Visa+?
Yes. Through your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile:
- Choose “Visa+” on the home page.
- Find the card you want to set as preferred and swipe the slider to the right. Tap on “Save”.
- Confirm the change of your preferred card.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile through Viber / text message.
- Tap on “Close” to conclude the process.
Can I remove my card from Visa+?
Yes. Through your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile:
- Choose “Visa+” on the home page.
- Tap on “Remove Card”.
- Select the card you want to remove from Visa+ and choose “Continue”.
- Confirm the removal of your card.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile through Viber / text message.
- Tap on “Close” to conclude the process.
Can I send money with Visa+?
No. With Visa+ you can only receive money directly on your Alpha Bank Visa card.
I hold an Alpha Bank business Visa card. Can I add it to Visa+?
No, you cannot add business cards to Visa+.
