My mobile number has changed. What should I do?

If your mobile number changes, all your cards will be removed from Visa+ and you’ll need to add them again.

I’ve lost the card I added to Visa+. What should I do?

Cancel your card.

Your old card will be removed from Visa+ and you’ll need to add it again.

The card I added to Visa+ has been damaged. What should I do?

If you get a new card issued due to loss or damage, Visa+ will be automatically updated with the details of your new card.

Can I change my preferred card through Visa+?

Yes. Through your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile:

  1. Choose “Visa+” on the home page.
  2. Find the card you want to set as preferred and swipe the slider to the right. Tap on “Save”.
  3. Confirm the change of your preferred card.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile through Viber / text message.
  5. Tap on “Close” to conclude the process. 
 

Can I remove my card from Visa+?

Yes. Through your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile:

  1. Choose “Visa+” on the home page.
  2. Tap on “Remove Card”.
  3. Select the card you want to remove from Visa+ and choose “Continue”.
  4. Confirm the removal of your card.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile through Viber / text message.
  6. Tap on “Close” to conclude the process. 
 

Can I send money with Visa+?

No. With Visa+ you can only receive money directly on your Alpha Bank Visa card.

I hold an Alpha Bank business Visa card. Can I add it to Visa+?

No, you cannot add business cards to Visa+.
