If I change my e-mail address or my mobile phone number in myAlpha services profile, will these changes be made automatically to the services associated with my profile?

Yes, your mobile phone number and e-mail address are associated with various myAlpha services. More specifically, if you change these contact details, the corresponding details of the following services will also change automatically:

  • Alpha e-Statements
  • Alpha Alerts
  • Alpha online Term Deposit and Alpha online Term Deposit with Bonus
  • myAlpha Code.

Check that your personal details are up-to-date, by choosing  Profile > Personal Info.

You can update your personal details via:

  • the myAlpha Web service (by entering the myAlpha Code in order to change your mobile number, fax or phone number)
  • the myAlpha Phone service
  • the Alpha Bank Branch Network.
