If I change my e-mail address or my mobile phone number, will these changes be automatically updated to the services associated with my profile?

Yes, your mobile phone number and e-mail address are associated with various myAlpha services. Specifically, if you change these contact details, either at myAlpha Web / myAlpha Mobile / myAlpha Phone or at the Alpha Bank Branch Network, the corresponding details of the following services will also change automatically:

  • myAlpha Code
  • Alpha e-Statements
  • Alpha Alerts
  • Online products and services for which you have applied online at myAlpha Web / myAlpha Mobile / myAlpha Phone.

Check that your personal details are up to date, by choosing Profile > Personal info.
