How do I update my details through eGov-KYC?

From your mobile or computer

You can update your details at Alpha Bank online through eGov-KYC.

Using your e-Banking credentials, log into myAlpha Web on your computer or myAlpha Mobile on your mobile.

Log into eGov-KYC

From your computer through myAlpha Web: In the Profile section, click on “Connect with eGov-KYC”.

From your mobile phone through myAlpha Mobile: On the main menu, tap on User info update > Continue > Update via eGov-KYC.

Fill in your TAXISnet credentials Fill in your TAXISnet credentials.

Confirm with an OTC Enter the OTC (one-time passcode) you receive on your mobile.

Consent to the data transfer

Navigate to the categories and data that may be transferred to the bank.

Consent to your data being transferred to the bank.

Conclude the process

Make sure your details are accurate and provide your consent.

On myAlpha Mobile, tap on “Update” or “Omit”. Complete the process using your PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.
