If the push notifications were not activated the first time the child logged into the app, then you must help them approve their transactions over the first 24 hours following their initial login. Afterwards, your child will be able to confirm their transactions through push notifications, as per normal.
The first 24 hours after the initial login, the child:
- Fills in the confirmation code that is sent to your mobile.
- Fills in your tax number, the first time only.
- Creates a 3-digit e-com PIN to confirm their transactions, the first time only.
- Fills in the e-com PIN.
If the push notifications were not activated the first time child logged into the app, they can do so through the app settings under Profile > Settings.
