What documents do I need to get a farmer’s card?

  1. Latest E3 form
  2. Latest tax clearance certificate
  3. Copy of single aid application to OPEKEPE
  4. ENFIA (unified property tax) clearance certificate
  5. EFKA or OGA social insurance clearance certificate
  6. Certificate of registration in the Register of Farmer’s and Agricultural Holdings (ΜΑΑΕ) or solemn declaration by the farmer confirming they are professionals
  7. Declaration/authorisation by the Farmer’s card holder

Can I get a Farmer’s card from another bank too?

No. You can get a Farmer’s card only from 1 bank.

I’ve registered an account at another bank in my aid application to OPEKEPE. Can I get the Farmer’s card from Alpha Bank?

Yes. We will register the special account linked to the Farmer’s card in the system. All you have to do is visit a branch by appointment.

I have a debt with Alpha Bank. Can it be offset against the approved amount in the Farmer’s card?

No. You can use the amount in the Farmer’s card only for specific transactions.

Can I use the account linked to the Farmer’s card for other transactions?

No. The special account is only linked to the Farmer’s card and you cannot use it for any other purpose.

Can I add a joint account holders to the account linked to the Farmer’s card?

No.
