What are the loan amount and collateral

From €10,000 to €100,000

Get a credit line from €10,000 to €100,000.

The credit limit is determined based on your business credit rating and your card transactions through Nexi POS or the Nexi XPay online payment platform.
Choose if you want:

  • A revolving credit line, i.e. any time you repay an amount, your available credit limit increases by the same amount.
  • Lump sum financing to meet specific needs.
 
Tip:  You may apply to change the financing option, provided you have no outstanding debts.

Online disbursement

You get your money:

  • Online through your business digital banking.

  • By booking an appointment to visit a branch near you.

Assigning your POS collections

You secure the financing by assigning your receivables from the card acceptance agreement.

We may request personal or corporate guarantees according to our credit policy.

What’s the interest rate

Floating rate 

  • For a revolving credit line, the interest rate is floating based on the 3m Euribor + 4.75% spread.
  • For lump sum financing, the interest rate is floating based on the 3m Euribor + 4.25% spread.

Law 128/1975 levy

According to Law 128/1975, all loans are subject to a levy that is paid to the Greek State.

For POS Instant Financing, the levy currently stands at 0.60%.

How you repay it

Based on your collections

You automatically repay the amount of the credit line you used, based on your daily collections through Nexi POS or the Nexi XPay online payment platform.

Apply and choose the daily collections allocation mechanism that works for you:

  • 20% for repayment and 80% available in your account.
  • 30% for repayment and 70% available in your account.

We assess your application based on the credit rating and turnover of your business.

Interest paid every 3 months

You pay interest every 3 months, on the credit line amount you used, either with own funds or through the daily collections allocation mechanism.

What are the other fees

Processing fee and collateral

You make a lump sum payment depending on the financing amount.

For a revolving credit line, you pay once a year for the initial agreement or for renewal:

  • €300 for amounts up to €20,000 
  • €400 for amounts from €20,000.01 to €50,000
  • €450 for amounts from €20,000.01 to €100,000

For lump sum financing, you pay a one-off fee when you sign the agreement or when you receive the amount:

  • €400 for amounts up to €50,000 
  • €500 for amounts from €50,000.01 to €100,000

You also pay a one-off fee for serving the cash collateral agreement and registering it with the Electronic Collateral Registry.

What are the conditions for getting flexible POS financing?

For your business

Your business must:

For the POS terminal

Over the last 12 months, your turnover must be at least:

  • €20,000 through a Nexi POS or another POS with Nexi as the acquirer. 
  • €33,335 with another acquirer as long as you start working with Nexi.

Transactions with American Express cards or through IRIS payments are not taken into account in the turnover amount.

For the sector

You cannot get the flexible POS financing if your business is exclusively a service provider, such as:

  • Beauty centre 
  • Membership club
  • Telemarketing company 
  • Telecommunications company

What documents do I need to apply for working capital?

We may ask for additional supporting documents, depending on the collateral you offer.

What supporting documents do I need to bring to the branch to verify the details of my business?

For your business financial details

For businesses with class B accounting books:

  1. Copy of E3 tax form for the last 3 closed financial years. If the most recent year isn’t closed, submit periodic VAT returns instead. 
  2. Periodic VAT returns for the current financial year and the corresponding ones for the previous year.
  3. Copy of the latest E1 tax form, only for sole proprietorships.
  4. ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for legal entities.

For businesses with class C accounting books:

  1. Balance sheets for the last 3 closed financial years, including income statements, related annex, and company stamp and signatures of representatives.
  2. Subsidiary ledger trial balance for December of the previous financial year, if not closed, listing stocktaking information, activity for the period, monthly activity and balances. 
  3. Subsidiary ledger trial balance for the current period and the corresponding one for the previous year, listing stocktaking information, activity for the period, monthly activity and balances.
  4. ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for legal entities.

For the investor or legal representative

  1. Copy of valid ID card or passport
  2. Tax return statement for the last 2 years or copy of the E1 tax form for each partner / main shareholder / guarantor
  3. ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for each partner / main shareholder / guarantor
