  • Your employees or associates download the bizpay app on their mobile.

  • Their bizpay card appears automatically on the app.

What are the fees

No charge for getting and replacing the card

You pay 4% of the loading amount for any card you load.

Unlimited number of cards

You get as many prepaid cards as you want for free, according to the needs of your business.

The business name and cardholder name are printed on each card. This way, your employees or associates have their own prepaid cards for their business transactions.

How to get control of your card

Through business web banking

From your computer through business web banking you:

  • Load or unload the bizpay prepaid cards whenever and as often as you need, individually or all at once.
  • Stay informed about the transactions carried out with the bizpay cards.
  • Check the available balance on the cards of your employees or associates.
  • Review and accept or reject the receipts/invoices for transactions submitted by your employees or associates through the bizpay app.
  • Save in pdf format the receipts/invoices for the card transactions you’ve approved or rejected.

With VCF connection

VCF connects your expense management or ERP system to the Visa and bank systems. This way, when your employees carry out transactions using their bizpay prepaid cards, the transaction details are automatically transferred to your expense management system or EPR.

How your employees manage the card

Through the bizpay app

The bizpay card appears automatically on the bizpay app. Through the app, your employees and associates:

  • Monitor their card activity.
  • Send in their expense receipts and invoices.
  • Report loss, theft or damage to their card immediately.
  • Recover their card PIN, in case they forget it.

Through their personal digital banking

  • Request the PIN for their new card and receive it by text message on their mobile
  • Report loss or theft of their card immediately.
  • Temporarily lock and unlock their card at any time.
  • Recover their card PIN, in case they forget it.
  • Choose whether they can carry out transactions online and at a POS.
  • Monitor their transactions.
