  • On the same day, for requests submitted until 14:00.
  • On the next business day, for requests submitted after 14:00.

Do the transactions I carry out through Alpha Web International Trade affect the limit of my business web banking?

No. The transactions carried out through the portal do not affect the business web banking transaction limits.

How can I give simple users access to business web banking and Alpha Web International Trade?

  1. Log into business web banking with the digital banking credentials of your business.
  2. On the home screen (Overview), choose “Profile” from the top menu on the right.
  3. Choose “User Management”.
  4. Under “Assistant users” choose “Modify assistant user access channels”.
  5. Check the boxes in the table depending on the access rights you want to assign to each user. Choose “Save changes”.
