What can I do through the bizpay app?

Discover all the options offered by the bizpay app.

From your mobile, paperless

Send your business expense receipts and invoices directly to your accounting department for approval. 

Photograph and upload the invoices and receipts for any transactions carried out with the bizpay prepaid card or the Visa Business credit card and submit a request for approval. This way, you save time and don’t have to prepare expense reports.

Tip: On the 1st day of each month, you receive a notification on your mobile to upload the receipts/invoices for any pending transactions.

24/7, all on 1 screen

On the app home screen, you can see the:

  • Card details (number and expiration date)
  • Available balance
  • Transactions you’ve carried out
  • Status of the requests you’ve submitted for any transaction
  • Types of expenses you can make with your business cards

With filters

On the home screen, you can search for specific transactions using the filters just below the card:

  • Pending transactions – Displays the transactions that require action on your part, such as uploading an invoice or re-submitting a request that has been rejected.
  • Time search – Search within the current month, last month, last 3 months, last 6 months or last 12 months.
  • All filters – View and combine all the filters: time search, transaction status, amount.

In case of emergency

Log into the bizpay app with your digital banking credentials and:

  1. On the home screen, tap on the card you want.
  2. Choose “Report theft/loss/damage”.
  3. Choose 1 out of 3 reasons for reporting: Theft, Loss, Damage. Then tap on “Continue”.
  4. Choose the address where you want to receive the new card, at home or at work, and then tap on “Continue”.

The bizpay card you are currently using will be cancelled and you’ll receive a new card.

 
Tip: You can also report your card as lost or stolen through your personal digital banking or by calling on +30 210 326 0000 (24/7).

If you’ve forgotten it

Log into the bizpay app with your 4-digit PIN or biometrics and:

  1.  On the home screen, tap on the card you want.
  2. Choose “Get card PIN”.
  3. Confirm that the PIN will be sent to your mobile and choose “Get PIN”.

You can also search for your card PIN through your personal digital banking, from your mobile or computer.

How to log into the bizpay app

With your digital banking credentials, as long as you have a smartphone. 

Download the app

Download the bizpay app on your device from:

  • Google Play for Android devices
  • App Store for iPhones

Install the app on your mobile.

Log into bizpay

  1. Choose “Log into myAlpha Web/Mobile.” 
  2. Enter your digital banking credentials (username and password). 

For added security, activate the app secure access feature.

How to upload receipts or invoices

Log into the bizpay app with your 4-digit PIN or biometrics. 

1. Choose a transaction

On the home screen, choose from the list the transaction for which you want to upload a receipt or invoice for approval.

Choose whether you’ll upload: 

  • Receipt
  • Invoice

2. Take a picture of your receipt or invoice

Choose the camera icon and take a picture of the receipt or invoice you want to upload.

If you want, you can also choose a photo you’ve already saved on your mobile. You can upload up to 3 receipts/invoices. Choose “Continue”.

Choose the reason for the expense, if requested, and enter any comments you may have in the “Description” field.

3. Confirm or fill in the details

If you’re uploading a receipt, confirm the details you entered and then submit your request.

If you’re uploading an invoice, fill in:

  • Invoice number
  • Supplier tax number 
  • Invoice series

If the invoice series is not referenced on the invoice, choose “I do not know the invoice series”.

4. Upload the receipt/invoice

Confirm the receipt/invoice details you filled in and choose “Submit request”.

Do I get a reminder about uploading my receipts on the bizpay app?

Yes. On the 1st day of the month the app shows a reminder on your mobile with pending transactions. Meaning, any transactions for which you are yet to submit a request or your request has been rejected.

The message “Check the supplier’s tax number and try again” is displayed when I choose “Continue”. Why is that?

The tax number you’ve entered for the supplier is not correct. Double-check the tax number on the invoice and try again.

Up to how many documents can I attach to one transaction approval request?

You can upload up to 3 photos and each photo can include 1-3 receipts/invoices.
