How can I make a Transfer at myAlpha Web?

For money transfers between your Alpha Bank accounts, select the option “Transfer between my Alpha Bank accounts”, displayed right under your Accounts on the Overview screen and, after completing the relevant fields (From, To, Amount and, optionally, the Transfer Details), click “Carry out”.

For money transfers to an Alpha Bank account of a third party, select “New transaction” from the menu at the top and enter in the “To” field the IBAN or friendly name of the account, or select one of your contacts or products. Then, complete the relevant fields (Order amount, Details for depositor, Details for beneficiary, Message for beneficiary) and choose the Transaction execution type (with regular priority or post-dated). If you choose for the transfer to be executed at a later date, you should also choose whether or not you wish the Amount to be blocked in your account until the transfer date, with no interest loss. By clicking on Next, you are transferred to the Transaction confirmation screen. You approve the transaction either via the myAlpha Mobile application by selecting the Push Notification that you will receive on your mobile, or you enter the myAlpha Code that you will receive via SMS or Viber and complete the transaction.

For money transfers to an account kept at another Bank within Greece, select “New transaction” from the menu at the top and enter in the “To” field the IBAN or friendly name of the account, or select one of your contacts or products. Then, complete the relevant fields (Beneficiary’s name, Order amount, Currency and Details for beneficiary) and choose the Transaction execution type (with regular priority, immediate priority or post-dated). If you choose for the transfer to be executed at a later date, you should also choose whether or not you wish the Amount to be blocked in your account until the transfer date, with no interest loss. Choose the Charges type (SHA, in which case the charges are shared between the sender and the beneficiary or OUR, in which case the charges are paid by the sender) and click on Next to be transferred to the Transaction confirmation screen. Confirm the information you have submitted by clicking on Next. You approve the transaction either via the myAlpha Mobile application by selecting the Push Notification that you will receive on your mobile, or you enter the myAlpha Code that you will receive via SMS or Viber and complete the transaction.

For money transfers to an account kept at another Bank abroad, select “New transaction” from the menu at the top and enter in the “To” field the IBAN or friendly name of the account, or select one of your contacts or products. You then complete the relevant fields (Beneficiary’s bank code - BIC CODE, Beneficiary’s name, Order amount, Currency and details for beneficiary) and choose the Transaction execution type (with regular priority or post-dated). If you choose for the transfer to be executed at a later date, you should also choose whether or not you wish the Amount to be blocked in your account until the transfer date, with no interest loss. Then click on Next to be transferred to the Transaction confirmation screen. Confirm the information you have submitted by clicking on Next. You approve the transaction either via the myAlpha Mobile application by selecting the Push Notification that you will receive on your mobile, or you enter the myAlpha Code that you will receive via SMS or Viber and complete the transaction.
