    You get an overview of all your products at Alpha Bank and other banks you bank with, at a glance. What’s more, you can update your personal details directly from your mobile through gov.gr, without having to visit a branch.

    Pay your cards, loans and bills in a flash. Transfer up to €500/day to your mobile contacts without charge and without needing to know their account number. Link your cards to your digital wallet in 1 tap, so you can shop through a POS.

    Online products on the spot

    Get the banking products you need from your phone, without any hassles: debit or credit card, myAlpha Quick Loan consumer loan, myAlpha Benefit transaction programme, and deposit account for your payroll or pension.

    Secure transactions

    Log into the app quickly and securely with biometrics or a PIN. Get Push Notifications to approve online transactions and get notified for activities on your cards or changes to your settings. Deactivate and activate your card whenever you want.

    Get credentials

    If you already bank with us, get your credentials in 4 steps.

    Fill in your card details

    Enter the number of your Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan your card.

    Tap on “Next” and enter 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN.

    Confirm your mobile number

    Enter the 6-digit code you receive on the phone number you have registered with Alpha Bank.

    If you do not receive a code, you can request to have it resent through SMS or Viber.

    Confirm your email

    Enter your email address or confirm the email address you have registered with Alpha Bank.

    You will receive a confirmation code in your email.

    4

    Create your Username and Password

    Create a Username and Password for your first sign-in on the myAlpha Mobile app.

    Your e-Banking is ready to go.

    I already have e-Banking credentials for myAlpha Web. Does this mean I can also use myAlpha Mobile?

    Yes. Your existing e-Banking credentials are also valid for myAlpha Mobile.

    2. Enter your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password) to log in.

    3. Create a 4-digit PIN for quick access to the app and faster transactions. At this step, you can opt to use biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) as you would use your PIN.

    This process automatically activates Push Notifications, and directly links your device to your e-Banking account

    I do not bank with Alpha Bank. Can I get myAlpha Mobile?

    Which digital wallets can I add my Alpha Bank cards to through myAlpha Mobile?

    You can add all your Alpha Bank cards to:

    • myAlpha Wallet
    • Google Pay
    • Apple Wallet

    All you have to do is log into myAlpha Mobile, find your card information and tap on the relevant icon.

    Which of the products I hold with other banks can I view on my e-Banking?

    Accounts and cards that already appear on your web banking account at the other bank. You can easily add these products on myAlpha Web.  

    At the moment, you can view cards and accounts you hold at: 

    • Piraeus Bank
    • Eurobank
    • National Bank of Greece

     

    Soon you will be able to add products you have with other banks.
