The Branches remain open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. It does not apply to branches that fall under the new service model.
New banking hours at branches
We have introduced new opening hours and a new service model at all our branches, so we can offer you a more personalised, structured and efficient customer service experience.
08:00-11:00:
- Monetary transactions at cashiers (deposits and withdrawals, payments, money transfers).
- Transactions at myAlpha Express, i.e. at ATMs, Automatic Payment Systems or through e-Banking.
- Any other banking needs, with or without an appointment, depending on availability.
11:00-14:00:
- Monetary transactions only at myAlpha Express. i.e. deposits, withdrawals, payments at ATMs, Automatic Payment Systems or through e-Banking.
- Any other banking needs, only by appointment.
The following Alpha Bank Branch:
- ATHENS AIRPORT - Athens International Airport
remains open from Monday to Friday until 18:00 and on Saturday, Sunday and on holidays from 9:00 to 16:00. Please be advised that the specific branch operates as digital corner and doesn't perform cash transactions.
Please note that the AΤΜs installed at the aforementioned Branches will be operational all year round.
Banking Hours of Tsotyli and Servia Branch
As of Monday, November 4, 2019, the Branches listed below will operate as follows:
- Servia Branch (526):
The Branch will operate every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.00 to 14.00.
- Tsotyli Branch (536):
The Branch will operate every Tuesday and Friday, from 8.00 to 14.00.
Banking Hours of Chrysoupoli and Eleftheroupoli Branch
As of Wednesday, December 1, 2021, the Branches listed below will operate as follows:

The Branch will operate every Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00.
- Eleftheroupoli Branch (576):
The Branch will operate every Wednesday and Friday, from 8.00 to 14.00.
Banking Hours of Polychnitos Branch
As of Monday, April 11, 2022, the Branch will operate as follows:
Tuesday and Friday from 8.00-14.00.
Banking Hours of Karlovassi Branch
As of Monday, February 28, 2022, the Branch will operate as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.00-14.00.
