When will I receive the products I’ve ordered?

Within 15 business days from the date you place the order.

If your order is expected to take more than 15 days to be delivered, we’ll call to let you know.

What is the return policy?

If you want to return, change or replace a product, call on +30 213 009 5917 and we will relay your request to the relevant partner.

  1. The partner will receive and check the product and inform us about whether or not they accept your request, according to their return policy.
  2. Based on the partner’s response, we return the Bonus points to your card or the product is replaced by the partner.

The product must not be used and must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. If the product packaging has been opened, the product can only be returned as defective.

Any return costs are to be paid by you, except in the case of products that the partner has acknowledged to be defective.

We bear no responsibility for the delivery, condition, quality, etc. of the products and services you receive from the Bonus Exclusive partners. The partner remains solely liable for any difference that arises after product return or replacement.
