About booking an appointment at a branch

How can I book an appointment through my e-Banking?

  • Through your mobile phone, using myAlpha Mobile: On the main menu choose My appointments > New appointment.
  • From your computer through myAlpha Web:  In the “Overview” screen choose “New appointment”.  

How can I book an appointment online?

Through myAlpha Rendez-vous. Schedule online an appointment at one of our branches, for all your banking needs except for transactions at a cashier.

Can I visit a branch without an appointment?

Yes, provided you want to carry out transactions:

  • At a cashier, e.g. deposit or withdraw cash over €500.
  • At an Automated Payment System (APS).

For any other banking needs, we recommend that you book an appointment to best be served.

Can I book an appointment with a specific representative?

No. The app recommends the most suitable representative for you.

Can I book an appointment at any branch?

Yes. The app recommends a branch that can serve you.

However, if you want to get served at another branch, choose:

  • “Other branch”, if you are booking your appointment through myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Web.
  • “See all the branches” if you don’t have e-Banking credentials and are booking your appointment by filling in the online form on alpha.gr.

Then locate the branch you want on the map.

How can I cancel or change the appointment I booked online?

On the overview screen on myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Web, under “My appointments’, choose “All appointments”. On your appointment tab, go to the 3 dots and choose “Change appointment” or “Cancel appointment”.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials and booked your appointment by filling in the online form on alpha.gr, choose “Cancel appointment” on the confirmation email you received. If you want to book a new appointment, go through the steps again.

 

I do not bank with Alpha Bank. Can I book an appointment online?

Yes, by filling in the online form on alpha.gr..

In this case, a default Alpha Bank branch will not appear. Choose a branch from the map.

Do my details at Alpha Bank need to be up-to-date so I can book an appointment?

No. However, your details need to be up-to-date for many of the banking tasks for which you book an appointment.

We suggest that you update your details online before your appointment.

I’ve chosen an appointment through video call. What should I do?

On the day and time of your appointment log into myAlpha Web. On the overview screen, click on “All appointments” under the “My appointments” section. On your appointment tab, click on “Log into the appointment” to start the video call.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, booked your appointment by filling in the online form on alpha.gr and want to start your video call using your mobile or tablet, you need to download MS Teams on your device.  If you are using a computer, click on the appointment link to start a video call on Teams.
