Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
Hold an account with Alpha Bank as an individual, in case you choose Alpha Cyber Security.

Have at hand...

The credit card you want to insure, in case you choose Alpha Credit Protection or Alpha Credit Protection Plus.
The details of the credit card or account you’ll use to pay your premium.
Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.

1. Choose insurance plan

On the menu choose “New products”.

On the "Insurance products" section, choose the insurance plan you are interested in. The Alpha Credit Protection and Alpha Credit Protection Plus plans are only available from a computer.

If you are interested in the Alpha Credit Protection plan, choose the credit card you want to insure.

If you are interested in the Alpha Cyber Security plan, choose if you want to take the quiz.

2. Accept the terms

Click on “Confirm” to accept the terms regarding the insurance plan you chose.

3. Confirm your details and choose a payment method

Confirm your details, depending on the insurance product you chose.

Choose the credit card or account you’ll use to pay your premium.

4. Complete the application

Your application is complete.

Depending on the insurance plan you chose:

We’ll send you an update within 24 hours on the approval of your application by email or text message.
You’ll get the insurance policy by email from Generali, once the premium has been paid.
