Which insurance plans you can get through e-Banking
Can I get insured online?
Apply provided you...
- Are over 18 years old.
- Live permanently in Greece.
- Have e-Banking credentials.
- Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
- Hold an account with Alpha Bank as an individual, in case you choose Alpha Cyber Security.
Have at hand...
- The credit card you want to insure, in case you choose Alpha Credit Protection or Alpha Credit Protection Plus.
- The details of the credit card or account you’ll use to pay your premium.
- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
Apply through e-Banking
1. Choose insurance plan
On the menu choose “New products”.
On the "Insurance products" section, choose the insurance plan you are interested in. The Alpha Credit Protection and Alpha Credit Protection Plus plans are only available from a computer.
If you are interested in the Alpha Credit Protection plan, choose the credit card you want to insure.
If you are interested in the Alpha Cyber Security plan, choose if you want to take the quiz.
2. Accept the terms
3. Confirm your details and choose a payment method
4. Complete the application
