Notice on the processing of personal data

Alpha Bank processes, as a Data Controller, your personal data (name, surname, Tax Identification number, e-mail address and mobile number) transmitted to the Bank by Information Society Services in the context of the TOURISM FOR ALL 2026-2027 Programme, to issue the digital debit card you requested and to credit the relevant financial aid into this card, as well as for using the card through the mobile app. The processing is necessary for the Bank’s to comply with legal obligations and to perform a task carried out in the public interest. Personal data under process will be retained for a period of two (2) years from the expiration of the Programme.
