FAQs about Loans BACK

What does variable rate mean?

A variable rate consists of the base rate (3M Euribor) plus spread, which remains fixed throughout the term of the loan. Fluctuation in the variable rate is due to fluctuation in the base rate in the interbank market. This means that your monthly instalment will vary depending on the changes in the variable rate.
