To log into the e-Banking of Alpha Bank, you need the following codes:
- Username: you receive it when you register at a Branch or you create it yourself during your online registration. For your convenience, you can also set an alias of your choice. If you forget your Username or the alias you have created, you can request a reminder online here, provided you own a debit, credit or prepaid Alpha Bank card, as well as you have a valid mobile number registered in your e-Banking subscription.
- Password: if you choose to enroll to e-Banking at the Branch, you will receive an sms with information on how to compose your temporal password, which you will be asked to change, during your first login to e-Banking. Upon online registration you will be asked to set your password yourself. If you lose or forget your password, you may issue a new Password online.
- Strong Costumer Authentication: in line with the European Anti-Fraud Directive (PSD2/Strong Customer Authentication) two-level authentication is required to approve certain transactions you carry out via e-Banking. Transactions that require strong customer authentication can be completed via Push Notifications or QR Codes from the myAlpha Mobile application. Alternatively, you may receive myAlpha Code via Viber or SMS on the mobile phone number that you have registered in your e-Banking subscription. Find out more about Strong Customer Authentication.
