To log into the e-banking of Alpha Bank, you need the following codes, that you will receive during your registration either at the Branch or electronically, if you choose to register online:
- Username: you receive it when you register at a Branch or you create it yourself during your online registration. Following your first successful login to myAlpha Web you may create an alias for your convenience. If you forget or lose you Username, you will have to visit a Branch
- Password: if you choose to enroll to e-banking at the Branch, you will receive an sms with information on how to compose your temporal password, which you will be asked to change, during your first login to myAlpha Web. Upon online registration you will be asked to set your password yourself. If you lose or forget your password, you may issue a new Password online.
- myAlpha Code: myAlpha Code is an additional way to authenticate your transactions when carried out via myAlpha Web and myAlpha Mobile to enhance your safety, in line with the European Anti-Fraud Directive (PSD2/Strong Customer Authentication-SCA). Transactions that require the use of myAlpha Code can be completed either via Push Notifications that you receive on the myAlpha Mobile Banking app or sent to you via Viber or SMS to the mobile number you have registered to e-Banking.
