What’s the annual fee
€5 monthly fee
You pay the monthly fee at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to your account.
If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, on the 1st day of the coming month the myAlpha Benefit Unlimited transaction package is deactivated. To reactivate it, you need to:
- Pay the outstanding fee.
- Reactivate the package.
How much you save and how
Up to €20.70 a month
Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €20.70 a month:
Total transaction fees – monthly myAlpha Benefit Unlimited fee €5.00 = Monthly savings

Monthly transaction renewal
On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.
Which accounts are included
Personal accounts only
You can link any personal account to the package, whether you are the sole account holder or there are other account holders:

1 account per package
Activate the package for a specific account. You cannot carry out the package transactions through a different account. However, you can activate a separate package for each of your accounts.
The number of transactions included in the package is fixed and does not increase according to the number of account holders. However, all account holders may use the transactions included in the package.
What free transactions you get
Gain even more
€0 annual fee for 1 credit card
No annual fee for Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard, Alpha Bank Bonus Visa, Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard Gold or the Alpha Bank Bonus Visa Gold credit card, if you hold the package for 12 consecutive months.
The no annual fee benefit applies to a card you already hold or a new card you may get.
If you deactivate the package before the 12 months are up or you unlink your card, you pay the fee that applies at the time according to the Alpha Bank price list.
When you get a new card, you already pay no annual fee for the 1st year, so the no annual fee from myAlpha Benefit Unlimited applies as of the 2nd year. If you already hold a card that has no annual fee, you don’t need to link it to the package.
€0 for Alpha alerts
You receive free Alpha alerts for accounts through SMS, provided you have activated the package.
€0 annual fee for 1 debit card
You pay no annual fee for the Alpha Bank Enter Bonus Mastercard or Alpha Bank Enter Bonus Visa, if you hold the package for 12 consecutive months. You just need to have activated the package.
If you deactivate the package before the 12 months are up, you pay the fee that applies at the time according to the Alpha Bank price list.
1,000 Bonus points every 3 months
You earn 1,000 Bonus points on your Bonus card for every 3 consecutive months you hold myAlpha Benefit Premium.
If you don’t have a Bonus card, you can receive the points as soon as you get one. In this case, you can only receive the points corresponding to up to 6 months. Points prior to this time are cancelled.

How to activate the package through e-Banking
1. Choose myAlpha Benefit Premium
Through myAlpha Mobile
On the menu, choose New products > Transaction and service packages.
Under “Choose package”, swipe left to view all packages. Under myAlpha Benefit Premium, choose Get this one > Continue.
Through myAlpha Web
On the menu, choose New products > Transaction and service packages.
View the benefits for all the packages. Under myAlpha Benefit Premium, click on “Get this one”.
2. Choose account and activation date
Choose an account to link to the package.
If you activate the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose whether you want to activate it immediately or on the 1st day of the coming month. On myAlpha Mobile you choose the activation date on the next screen.
Choose “Continue”.
3. Link your credit card
Choose a credit card to link to the package, so you pay no annual fee on the card.
Only the cards that can be linked to myAlpha Benefit Premium appear: Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard Gold or Alpha Bank Bonus Visa Gold.
You may also choose “Not now”.
Choose “Continue”.
4. Confirm your details and accept the terms
Confirm your details and accept the terms: pre-contractual information, special terms of the package and personal data notice. Then:
Through myAlpha Mobile
Approve the package activation with biometrics or your 4-digit PIN.
Through myAlpha Web
Approve the activation with push notification, provided you have downloaded myAlpha Mobile on your mobile and activated them. Otherwise, fill in the 6-digit code you received on your mobile.
No e-Banking?
Get credentials

If you hold an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card, you can get credentials on the spot, without visiting a branch.

Can I change myAlpha Benefit package?
I hold myAlpha Benefit Advanced/Premium, but I’m not receiving Alpha alerts. What should I do?
Activate Alpha alerts. Log into myAlpha Web and choose: Settings > Manage alerts.
For account alerts:
- Click on “Activate”.
- Click on “Continue”, provided you accept the detailed terms.
- Choose the account to be charged if you want to get alerts through SMS/Viber.
- For each account, you can choose how you want to receive Alpha alerts (SMS/Viber and email).
- Choose “Account Alerts” to open the account tab.
- Manage your alerts and choose the transactions for which you want to receive alerts.
You can change the Alpha alerts settings at any time. When you repeat the process, click on “Edit” in Step 1.
