Online process using your e-Banking credentials or an Alpha Bank card

If your personal details have changed or if you need to verify them, you can do so online, without visiting a branch. It’s easy, fast and secure.

Complete the process in 1 of 2 ways:

Through e-Banking, as long as you have e-Banking credentials.
Through the online document update feature, if you have a debit, credit or prepaid Alpha Bank card.

How to update your personal details

If you have e-Banking credentials

Using your e-Banking credentials, log into myAlpha Web on your computer or myAlpha Mobile on your mobile phone.
Update your personal details through eGov-KYC in 5 steps, using your TAXISnet credentials (Username and Password). The update is completed automatically.

Alternatively, you can submit the documents online, through the online document update feature.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, but hold any Alpha Bank card, fill in the following information:

The number of your debit, credit or prepaid Alpha Bank card.
2 of the 4 digits of your card PIN.
Your date of birth.

Once you fill in the security code, log into the app and:

Choose the details you want to update, along with the document type you will be uploading.
Upload your document.

To be able to update your details easily through eGOV-KYC, without submitting any documents.

Frequent questions

Why does the bank require my personal details?

These details are necessary for your transactions.

The bank may not authorise any transactions unless your identity has been confirmed and verified. In addition, we are obliged to request your information and keep it on record, including legal documents, your income tax clearance certificate and/or income tax return etc.

These obligations arise from applicable law, as well as from a regulatory framework that ensures the integrity of the banking system, protecting your transactions and your best interests.

How can I use eGov-KYC to update my personal details?

From your computer through myAlpha Web:

In the Profile section, click on “Connect with eGov-KYC”.
Fill in your TAXISnet credentials.
Enter the OTC (one-time passcode) you receive on your mobile.
Navigate to the categories and data that may be transferred to the bank.
Consent to your data being transferred to the bank.
Make sure your details are accurate and provide your consent.
On myAlpha Mobile, tap on “Update” or “Omit”.
Complete the process using your PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.

From your mobile through myAlpha Mobile:

On the main menu, tap on User info update > Continue > Update via eGov-KYC.
Fill in your TAXISnet credentials.
Enter the OTC (one-time passcode) you receive on your mobile.
Navigate to the categories and data that may be transferred to the bank.
Consent to your data being transferred to the bank.
Make sure your details are accurate and provide your consent.
On myAlpha Mobile, tap on “Update” or “Omit”.
Complete the process using your PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.
