Insurance coverage until you’re 65

Enjoy insurance coverage until you are 65 years old, whichever one of the 2 plans you choose. You can apply to get the plans up to the age of 60.

What’s the premium

Depending on the outstanding monthly balance

For every €100 of your outstanding balance in your monthly statement you pay:

  • €0.30, i.e 0.3% for Alpha Credit Protection
  • €0.70, i.e 0.7% for Alpha Credit Protection Plus

Zero premium for zero balance

If there’s a month that you don’t have any pending instalments and your outstanding balance is zero on the day the statement is issued, you are not charged.

Payment every month

You pay the premium along with your monthly credit card payment, whether you pay the minimum instalment or pay it off in full.

Yes, you apply separately for every card you want to insure.

Up to what age does Alpha Credit Protection or Alpha Credit Protection Plus cover me?

Up to 65 years old. However, if you are over 60 years old you cannot apply.
