Fill in your date of birth and card details

Go to alpha.gr and click the button e-Banking. Click on Registration of New Subscriber > Are you a retail user? > Get credentials. Fill in your date of birth.

Fill in the number of an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card issued in your name and 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.

Confirm you have read the “Notice on personal data processing” and the “Terms of use”, and click on “Continue”.

I already use myAlpha Mobile and myAlpha Web. Do I win the Bonus points?

No. You win the 3,000 Bonus points only if you: 

  • Don’t already have e-Banking credentials.
  • Get credentials through myAlpha Mobile on your mobile or myAlpha Web on your computer.
  • Log in for the 1st time from 27.08.2024 to 27.09.2024.

How can I redeem the 3,000 Bonus points I’ll win?

As soon as you receive them in your Bonus account 1 month after the offer ends on 27.09.2024.

I don’t bank with Alpha Bank. Can I get the offer?

No. The promotion is only available to Alpha Bank customers who get credentials and log into e-Banking for the 1st time through myAlpha Mobile from their mobile or myAlpha Web from their computer, from 27.08.2024 to 27.09.2024. 

On the day you register, you must hold at least 1 active debit or main credit card as an individual that is linked to the Bonus loyalty programme.
