- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
Open an account through e-Banking
1. Choose Alpha Premier
2. Confirm your details
Verify that your details are correct and choose “Continue”.
If any changes are required, update your details before you continue.
If you’ve just started banking with us, you may need to choose the branch where you want to open the account before you may continue.
3. Accept the pre-contractual documents
Go through the pre-contractual documents we sent to your email.
On your mobile or computer screen, check the boxes next to the document titles, to confirm you have received, read and accept them.
Choose “Confirm”.
4. Confirm the application
On myAlpha Web, fill in the 6-digit code you received on your mobile. Choose “Continue”.
On myAlpha Mobile, confirm using your biometrics or your 4-digit PIN. Choose “Continue”.
Your new account will appear on your e-Banking automatically and you can start using it.
