The interest rate for the Aegean Bonus Visa is:
- 15.75% when you shop
- 18.00% when you withdraw cash
- +2.50% to the interest rates above for default interest rate
The 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy is added to the interest rates.

How to get control of your card
Detailed card activity updates
To keep track of your credit card activity:
- Find your card on your digital banking (through web banking or the mobile app).
- Check the monthly e-statements on your digital banking.
- Ask for a card activity statement at Alpha Bank ATMs and APS.
Secure transactions
- Receive alerts with Viber/text message or email in real time for every card transaction.
- Confirm your online transactions with a push notification or the 6-digit code you receive with Viber/text message on your mobile, through SecureWeb.
- Change your card cash withdrawal and transaction limits online through your digital banking.
- Lock your card temporarily if you’re not sure whether you’ve lost it.
How to repay the card
Every month
The minimum amount you pay every month is 2% of your card balance.
However, you can pay whatever amount you want, as many times as you want.
No fees
Pay your credit card every month without fees:
- By standing order from your Alpha Bank account
- By transferring money from your account, through web banking or the mobile app
- At an Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ or APS

The Aegean Bonus Visa credit card is linked to the Alpha Bank Bonus programme.
For every €1 you earn:
- 4 Bonus points when you shop at AEGEAN and Olympic Air
- 4 Bonus points when you shop at major partner companies AB Vasilopoulos,Vodafone, attica, Natural Gas, Generali, Hondos Center, Hertz, BOX, Kotsovolos and selected bp service stations.
- 2 Bonus points when you shop at other partner companies
- 1 Bonus point when you shop in-store or online in Greece and abroad

Award miles
The Aegean Bonus Visa credit card is linked to the AEGEAN and Olympic Air Miles+Bonus programme.
Every 4 Bonus points are equivalent to 4 Miles+Bonus award miles, which you may only redeem:
- In multiples of 4.
- With points you collect when you use the Aegean Bonus Visa credit card within 12 months.
- With an annual limit of 100,000 Bonus points across the main and add-on cards.
Redeem the miles you collect and get free tickets to travel in Greece and abroad through the AEGEAN and Olympic Air or Star Alliance network, and plenty more offers.
AEGEAN discount vouchers
The vouchers are renewed every 12 months:
- €20 discount voucher for 1 flight
- 2 free baggage vouchers for up to 23kg on domestic flights
- 2 free vouchers for the Fast Track service on domestic and/or international flights
The benefits apply for the main card and are valid for 12 months from the day you activate your card. The vouchers are created on your Miles+Bonus account.
Miles+Bonus miles and free services
- No currency conversion fees charged by Alpha Bank when you shop or withdraw cash in foreign currency abroad.
- 5,000 Miles+Bonus award and tier miles as a welcome gift as soon as you activate your card in its physical form, the 1st time we issue it.
- 4 interest-free instalments for up to 2 transactions valued at €300+ a month at AEGEAN and any store abroad when you shop in-store, as long as you contact Alpha Bank Customer Service on +30 210 326 0000
- Up to 12 interest-free instalments to buy the AEGEAN Pass, as long as you have carried out up to 2 transactions valued at €300+ at AEGEAN, and your transactions fall within your card's credit limit

Can I get the card online?
Apply provided you...
- Are 18-75 years old.
- Have digital banking credentials.
- Are a member of AEGEAN Miles+Bonus.
- Live permanently in Greece, have a Greek mobile phone number and hold a Greek ID card.
- Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
Have at hand...
- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
1. Fill in the application form
Log into the mobile app or web banking with your digital banking credentials.
Choose New products > Credit cards > Get credit card.
Choose the Aegean Bonus Visa and:
- Enter your Miles+Bonus card number and choose how you want to turn your Bonus points into miles.
- Set an account to pay your card automatically.
- Accept the pre-contractual information.
- Answer 3 short questions.
- Choose where you want to receive your card, provided it is approved.
We assess your application and inform you by email:
- Immediately, if you submit it from 06:00-22:00.
- In the morning, if you submit it from 22:00-06:00.
2. Sign the agreement digitally
Provided the application is approved, confirm your personal details and accept the terms for the digital signature.
Digitally sign the agreement with a 6-digit code you receive on your mobile.
You have 3 days to sign the agreement. Once 3 days have elapsed, the application is cancelled and you need to start over.
We send you the agreement by email and save a copy on your digital banking.
3. Get the card
The new card shows up on your digital banking within 3 business days. Once it’s ready, you get a message on your digital banking.
You can activate the virtual use of your new card. Through the mobile app, you can easily add the card to your digital wallet to carry out transactions with your mobile. Otherwise, get the card details to shop online.
However, until you receive the actual card and activate it, you don’t get any of its benefits, e.g. collect Bonus points.

How do I turn Aegean Bonus Visa Bonus points into Miles+Bonus miles?
- By sending an email to CustomerService@alpha.gr to set up a monthly conversion order.
- Online at any time on the AEGEAN website through your Miles+Bonus account with Online Points Conversion.
- By calling the AEGEAN customer service centre on 801 11 20000.
What is the maximum number of Bonus points I can turn into award miles with an Aegean Bonus Visa credit card?
From 01.10.2026 to 31.12.2026, regardless of how many Bonus points you have turned into award miles by then, you can turn into award miles up to:
- 100,000 Bonus points with the Aegean Bonus Visa credit card
- 200,000 Bonus points with the Aegean Bonus Visa Premium credit card
From 01.01.2027, the same limits apply on an annual basis.
The Bonus points you turn into award miles are counted across all your main and add-on cards.
For Aegean Bonus Visa credit cards (main and add-on) issued before 31.05.2021, the annual limit for turning into award miles is 100,000 Bonus points.

Do I retain all the benefits of my new card with its virtual use?
Yes, you do (e.g. collecting and redeeming Bonus points, Affinity euros, Energy euros). It applies to all debit, credit and prepaid cards issued by Alpha Bank, with the exception of:
- Aegean Bonus Visa debit card
- Aegean Bonus Visa credit card
- Aegean Bonus Visa Premium credit card
For these cards, you enjoy all the benefits once you receive the actual card and activate it.
